Nat Brice - Piano

Nat Brice is a seasoned piano instructor with a flair for both jazz and classical music. Nat discovered an innate connection with the piano at an early age, a relationship that has only deepened over time.

 

After studying at the Elder Conservatorium of Music focusing on classical piano, Nat transitioned to jazz, a genre that truly resonated with him. However, it wasn’t long before he embarked on a touring adventure, gracing prestigious venues such as the Sydney Opera House and recording at the famous Abbey Road Studios.

 

In Darwin, Nat further refined his performance skills as a keyboardist in a cover band, gigging 6-7 nights a week. It was here that he embraced a wide spectrum of musical styles and performed at numerous high-profile events and supported many local and international artists.

 

With more than two decades of teaching experience, Nat has shared his knowledge with students in various educational settings. His ability to play music by ear and transpose it into any key is a testament to his adaptability and keen musical ear, honed through years of live performances.

 

Nat’s comprehensive training in both classical and jazz music equips him with the insight to guide advanced students in enhancing their technique, boosting their confidence, and deepening their understanding of the music they play.
